How to Book


196 Bishopsgate Apartments can be booked in the same way as a hotel. Simply complete the secure online booking form and submit. You will be asked on the form for your credit card details, this is necessary to make the booking.


What your credit card will be charged at time of booking


For bookings of 29 nights or less your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the booking. For stays of 30 nights or more, a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the booking will be taken in order to guarantee the booking.  All confirmation deposits must be received at the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to arrival, whichever is the later. If not received, 196 Bishopsgate reserves the right to cancel reservations without notice.


How you will pay for your apartment(s)


You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.


Credit cards


196 Bishopsgate Apartments accept all major credit cards.


Security deposits


No security deposit is required, however, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.


Cancellation policy


For stays of 6 nights and less notice of cancellation is required 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 night's accommodation.



For stays between 7 and 29 nights notice of cancellation is required 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking.



For stays of 30 nights and more notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of 25% of the total booking.



An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above.
