There 23 apartments comprises of one (max 2 people) and two bedrooms (max 4 people) which vary in size.  All apartments are designed in the contemporary style.  What they all have in common is the element of elegant and tasteful luxury.  Some apartments have king size beds which can be split into twins, and others are double (Queen) size which cannot be split.  All two bedroom apartments have walk-in shower cubicle and a bathroom in a separate room.

Booking process


A booking may only be regarded as confirmed once the apartments has receipt of the signed terms and conditions and/or credit card authorisation form and the guest has been issued a reservation form.  


 


Payment


All reservations must be prepaid 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival, unless previous credit facilities have been agreed.  All charges needs to be paid by the due date, if payments are not paid promptly the reservation will be deemed to be cancelled.  Authorised credit facilities must be arranged with the apartments prior to arrival.


Cancellation policy


Any apartment nights cancelled within the period of 7 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100% of the contracted rate.  Any apartment nights cancelled after arrival will be charged at 100% of the contracted rate.  Refunds will only be given for the nights we are able to re-let the apartment.


Early check ins and Late departures


Apartments are available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival.  Should you require access prior to this time and wish to guarantee early access, it may be necessary to pre-book the apartment from the night before, at the contracted rate.  Similarly, should you wish to keep your apartment after 12:00pm noon on the date of your departure, it may be necessary to book the apartment for that day.
