Booking Procedure

The Times Square Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel with a credit or debit card to guarantee reservation.

Payment

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. 

Please Note: There is a 3.5% surcharge for payments made using American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. There is no charge for using Visa Debit or bank transfer.

Security Deposit

No security deposit is required. However, the apartments reserve the right to authorise your card on arrival to cover against any incidental breakages or damages.

Cancellation Policy

Stays of 3 to 6 nights require a 3 working days prior to arrival for free cancellation.


Stays of 7 to 28 nights require a 7 working days prior to arrival for free cancellation.


Stays of 29 to 90 nights require a 14 working days prior to arrival for free cancellation.


Stays of 91 nights+ require a 28 working days prior to arrival for free cancellation.


If notice is given less than policy above the cancellation fee will be the nightly charge for the apartment multipled by the number of extra day's notice that should have been given.
