Booking process


A credit card is required to guarantee the booking.  There will be requirements of a deposit for all bookings and full payment of apartment rent at least 7 days prior to guest arrival.  Upon guest arrival, their credit card will be swiped and a photocopy of their valid passport is required.  


Deposit requirements


A deposit of 2 nights if stay is for 1 week, and a 1 week deposit for stays of 2 weeks and over will be charged to the clients credit card immediately after confirmation of booking.  To confirm the booking a signed contract from the client is required.  Full payment will be taken 7 days prior to arrival.  Any additional charges will be charged to your credit card on departure.

Cancellation policy


Cancellation can be made without charges if we are informed 4 weeks prior to arrival date in peak season (May to September incl.) and 2 weeks prior in low season (October to April incl.).  Charges if cancellation is after this time will be full payment.  A £20 administration charge will be charged for any amendment made once a booking has been confirmed.
