Why should you choose a London serviced apartment instead of London Hotels?
Cheaper by at least 30%
Hotels charge a higher rate per night than a serviced apartment. And their rates fluctuate daily, whereas many serviced apartments offer the same rate per night. So you know what you are paying for.
Serviced Apartments charge by per room and not by number of people
Hotels charge for single or double occupancy, whereas apartments only charge per apartment, so if you booked a one bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to 2 people, you pay the same whether it is for 1 person or 2 persons.
Serviced Apartment prices include VAT and service charge
You know exactly how much you are paying upfront as VAT and any other bills are included in your rate. Hotels always quote excluding tax, so while you think you are on to a good deal, when the tax is added on, it is hefty rise.
More space for you
For the same price as double room in a hotel (which has only a bed and a very small sitting area) you will have so much more space and your own kitchen and living room.
Serviced Apartments feels like a ‘Home‘
When you are needing to stay in London for longer than 3 nights, being stuck in a small hotel room is not ideal. A serviced London apartment is ideal as an alternative to the impersonal and expensive hotels. You will have your own front door, sitting area and kitchen to cook your food! In fact many of our customers even prefer to stay in an apartment even if it is only for 1 night.
Serviced Apartments offer hotels benefits as well!
All serviced apartments offer maid service, some even have 24 hour reception and luggage storage. Unfortunately they do not offer room service, restaurants or gyms.
