Booking procedure


A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the reservation.  The client will be required to complete booking forms.


Payment



  • Bookings of under 30 days - payment in full is required at time of booking.

  • Bookings of 30 days or more - payment for the next 30 days (or balance of booking if less) will be made. An invoice will then be sent outlining charges. This will be collected 10 days before the next 30 days commence.

Cancellation:



  • 7 days notice is required to extend or cancel a booking. If cancellation is not advised within this time, 7 nights (or total stay if less than 7 nights) will be charged.

Extensions:



  • If you wish to extend a stay, the apartment requires notice in writing. Please give as much notice as possible in order to facilitate your request. All extensions are subject to availability and rate change.

  • Payment for extension will be taken at time of notification.
