Booking procedure


Booking is very easy. A credit/debit card is required to guarantee apartments and a non-refundable deposit of two nights is required then balance of payment will be charged at least one month before arrival.


Cancellation:


Cancellations can be made up to one month before arrival. The initial two-night payment to hold the property is non-refundable. We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

Checking in procedure


Checking in will be at sister property which has 24 hour reception available. 4 Broad Court, Bow Street, London WC2B 5QZ. It's less than a 10 minute walk from all our apartments and you will be given a map and directions.


Damage Deposit


Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused. £50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any keys.
ALL FLATS ARE NON SMOKING. If the flat has a balcony you may smoke on it. If not you are required to smoke outside the building. You will be charged £100 for smoking in the flat.
