Booking process A credit or debit card is used to guarantee the reservation. Payment Full payment is required at time of booking apartment. This can be made either via bank transfer or card payment. All card payment is subject to 4% surcharge, whilst bank transfer do not incur surcharge. Cancellation policy Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 14 days will be subject to 100% cancellation charge. No refund is given if the stay is shortened once in house. |
