Apartment Terms and Conditions
Payment Full rent plus any additional charges is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings in May-Sep and 15th -31st December require payment 8 weeks in advance of arrival Method of Payment Payments is recommended by bank transfer. Payment can also be made by credit cards (American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard) which are accepted on the return of a property credit card authorisation form (to be completed by guest), or by cheque. Incidental payment, guest will be sent an invoice of incidental charges after departure. Cancellation Cancellation prior to tenancy is required in writing. If the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under th eagreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks. If the written notice is received between 3-4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks. bookins from May-Sep and 15th -31st December require written notice at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. If notice is received between 7-8 weeks the cancellation is 75% of total stay, if notice is less than 7 weeks prior to arrival cancellation charge is 100% up to maximum of 4 weeks. |
