Booking process


To confirm your booking, a guest needs to offer a credit/debit card to guarantee.  This card will also be used as security against breakages or damages by the guest during his/her stay at the apartment.


Payment

Full payment for the rental is due no later than 14 days prior to the arrival day unless otherwise agreed. The rental is calculated at the weekly rate offered. Please note that payment by credit card is subject to 4-5% surcharge, whilst debit card or bank transfer is free.


Security deposit

A security deposit in the form of a signature that doubles up as a credit/debit card imprint is taken prior to arrival.


Cancellations

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.  Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.

Unless otherwise agreed you may cancel this agreement at any time without penalty by giving notice at least 14 days before the booked arrival day.  Cancellations less than 14 days before the booked arrival day will be charged for two weeks rent or the total amount due whichever is the lower. Early departure is subject to 14 days notice.
