This is a very lively but also safe for travellers.  Being on the doorstep of Covent Garden, a former fruit and vegetable market converted into a showcase of British retail and pub life, is a distinct advantage.  Walk amongst the modern high street shops housed in old converted houses and 16th and 17th Century pubs that still serve ale.  The market still retains its old cobbled stone floor and in the summer, buskers show off their performing skills in the square, adding to the city’s festivities.

Booking process



The booking will be secured once the deposit has been received, the balance being received in full by the Company no later than 28 days before arrival.  In the absence of payment being received the Company reserves the right to cancel the rental.


Ways to Pay


Payments may be made to the Company in GBP sterling by: BACS transfer, company cheque or banker's draft, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, or American Express. Additional charges, as indicated on invoices, may be levied for payment by credit card at the current charges levied by the relative card provider at time of payment.


Cancellation policy


The apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, there is a minimum cancellation charge of three nights. Refunds are subject to the apartment being re-let.



Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.
