Apartment Terms and Conditions
Security Deposit A credit card pre-authorisation of £250.00 will be required upon check-in. Payment policy Fraser requires full pre-payment of rent and VAT charges prior to check-in with a maximum of 4 weeks for stays from 4 weeks onwards. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days. Invoices can be paid by credit card, in cash, by cheque or via bank transfer. Bank details for Fraser Residences will be re-confirmed on each pro-forma invoice issued. A credit card number and expiry date of the tenant will be asked when making a booking to guarantee the apartment and to cover extra charges made by the tenant during his stay at Fraser Place Canary Wharf e.g. telephone & internet charges. Cancellation policy There will be no cancellation charges if a reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. The following cancellation charges shall apply for reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date:
