Booking


A credit or debit card is required to guarantee an apartment. An advance payment of 1 week rent or full payment if less than a week is required, at least 3 weeks prior to arrival date. The outstanding balance is payable upon arrival.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is that if notice of cancellation is received 3 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation charge of 15% of total rental. Where cancellation is given less than 3 weeks notice, no refund will be made unless the accommodation can be re-let.
