Payment For bookings made at standard rates, more than 21 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total accommodation costs will be charged at time of booking. The remaining 75% will be taken 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks or for stays of less than 3 weeks, the following cancellation charges will be applied: Cancellation received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to £20.00 cancellation fee Cancellation 15-29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the accommodation total is charged Cancellation 4- days prior to arrival: 70% of the accommodation total is charged Cancellation less than 4 days prior to arrival or a no show: 100% of the accommodation total Bookings for more than 2 apartments or more than 3 weeks or for stays of longer than 3 weeks: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the accommodation total Cancellation 8-29 days prior to arrival: 70% of the accommodation total Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival or a no show: 100% of the accommodation total Reducing the number of nights aftera booking has been confirmed: Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the above cancellation policy. Once payment for the apartment has been made, the client defaults their right to any refund in cases where they leave the accommodation prior to the agreed period. |
