STEP A
Browse our database of apartments online. You can search by location, type of apartment, budget or even all three! If you cannot find something straight away, just give our team a call on 0044 (0)207 476 8963 and we can use our expertise of the market.
If you are able to find an apartment that you like, you can fill in the online enquiry form with your contact details, first and second choice of apartments. If the first choice is available, we will advise you by email or call you. If you are unsure of which apartments to choose from, contact us either by telephone or email and we can find out more about your specific needs. Remember the more specific you are, the easier it is for us to match you to a suitable short stay apartment in London.
STEP B
Once your booking enquiry form is received by us, we will check availability. If the first choice apartment is available, we will email you to let you know. If the first choice is not available and you have specified a second choice we will check availability for the second choice instead.
If none of the apartments you have chosen are available we can help you to select other suitable serviced apartments. Just call us and tell us your specific needs!
STEP C
Once a serviced apartment of your choice is booked for you, you will receive an email from our team with full checking in details and free mini-guide to London. To help you make your stay enjoyable we will contact you 1 week prior to arrival to offer our assistance to book airport transfers or restaurants and finally contact you again after your departure to ask for your very valuable feedback.
