Booking process

To confirm your booking, we will need a credit/debit card to guarantee the apartment.  Your card is only to be used to confirm the booking.  You will pay for the accommodation upon arrival reception.

Payment
For stays of 30 nights or less, you will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

For stays of over 30 nights, you will be asked on arrival to pay for the first 30 nights and will then be invoiced at subsequent 30 day periods.
 

Security Deposit
For stays of less than 30 days, a deposit equal to one weeks' stay will be required.

For stays of between 30 and 60 days, a deposit equal to two weeks' stay will be required.

For stays of over 60 days, a deposit equal to four weeks' stay will be required

Cancellation policy

  • For stays of less than 30 days cancellation is free if made at least 7 days prior to arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one weeks' stay.
  • For stays of between 30 and 60 days cancellation is free if made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to two weeks' stay.
  • For stays of between 60 and 90 days cancellation is free if made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to three weeks' stay.
