Gatwick Airport - Train
A number of trains service run direct from Gatwick Airport Station into London. Gatwick Express trains run every 15 minutes from 5:20 a.m. to 12:50 a.m. and hourly overnight. Thameslink trains run through London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and King's Cross. Four trains run every hour during the day.

Heathrow Airport - Train
Heathrow has two rail services to central London. In addition to the London Underground (The Tube) is the Heathrow Express service to London Paddington station. Heathrow Express runs every 15 minutes. The journey time is approximately 15 minutes.

Apartment Terms & Conditions 

Booking process

To confirm your booking, we will need a credit card to guarantee the apartment or where a deposit has been received for the reservation.  Your card is only to be used to confirm the booking.  You will pay for the accommodation upon arrival at the Ascott Mayfair apartment

Deposit

The deposit for a booking will be the equivalent of:

  • For bookings with a lead-time of less than 5 days, payment of the deposit guaranteed by a major credit card will be required
  • One night stay, plus VAT for any reservation of between one to six nights
  • Two night stay, plus VAT for reservation of between seven to twenty nine nights
  • Three nights stay, plus VAT for reservation of thirty nights or more

Reservations accepted by Ascott Mayfair, subject to a deposit, will be held until five days before the scheduled arrival date.  If the required deposit has not been received at least five days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.  Ascott Mayfair reserves the right to demand a security deposit on arrival.

Cancellation policy

  • For bookings less than 7 nights - cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours prior to arrival (latest 3pm UK time a day prior) in writing.
  • For bookings of 7 - 29 nights - cancellation is free if made at least 7 days prior to arrival day
  • For bookings of 30 nights or more - cancellation is free if made at least 14 days prior to arrival day

For a cancellation notified to Ascott Mayfair at any time less than the timing as described above or for a no show Ascott Mayfair will retain or invoice an amount as follows:

  • For stays of under 7 nights, the value of one nights stay plus tax
  • For stays of between 7 nights to 29 nights, the value of seven nights stay plus tax
  • For stays of more than 29 nights, the value of fourteen nights stay plus tax
