Apartment terms and conditions Booking process To confirm your booking, we will need a credit card to guarantee the apartment. Your card is only to be used to confirm the booking. You will pay for the accommodation upon arrival at the Victoria Park Plaza apartment. Payment Any payment by credit card needs to be in the same name as the guest in residence, no third party credit cards will be accepted. Alternately, the guest if booked on another person's credit card will need to pay by cash upon arrival. Cancellation policy Cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival will not be charged cancellation fees. Any cancellations within the 7 days period will be subject to a cancellation fee.
