Apartment terms and conditions

Booking process

To confirm your booking, a guest needs to offer a credit card to guarantee.  This card will also be used as security against breakages or damages by the guest during his/her stay at the apartment.

Payment

The Client will pay for a breakage refundable deposit of £350 in addition to the accommodation charge in pounds sterling to the apartments supplier at time of confirming booking.  Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque, debit/credit card.  All major credit cards are accepted.  Please note that there may be a credit card surcharge of between 3-4% if you are paying monies via credit card.  To confirm bookings, the guest needs to sign and fax back the Guest registration form, terms & conditions to the Apartments supplier. 

Cancellation Policy

Please see the cancellation policy below, graded per your length of stay:

  • Up to 7 nights - 3 days notice
  • 8 to 30 nights stay - 7 days notice
  • 31 to 42 nights stay - 14 days notice  
  • 43 nights+  requires 21 days notice

When you are making a cancellation you must confirm either by fax or by email.  Where notice of cancellation is not within the acceptable cancellation policy, you will be charged as follows:

  • If you were due to give, for example, 3 days notice of cancellation or early departure, but you only give 1 days notice, then you will be charged for 2 days stay, plus VAT.
  • If you were due to give, for example, 7 days notice of cancellation or early departure, but you only give 2 days notice, then you will be charged for 5 days stay, plus VAT.
  • If you were due to give, for example, 14 days notice of cancellation or early departure, but you only gave 7 days notice, then you will be charged for 7 days stay, plus VAT.
  • If you were due to give 21 days notice of cancellation or early departure, for example, but you only gave 10 days notice, then you will be charged for 11 days stay, plus VAT.
  • If you were due to give 30 days notice of cancellation or early departure, for example, but you only gave 15 days notice, then you will be charged for 15 days, plus VAT.
