Apartment terms and conditions Booking procedure For stays of 1-21 nights, a credit/debit card is required to guarantee an apartment. For stays of 21 nights+ a card with written confirmation is required to guarantee an apartment. Payment For stays of 1-21 nights payment is upon departure. A credit card authorisation will be taken upon arrival and will be refunded to the guest if no damage incurred. A guest registration card to be signed by the guest on arrival. For stays of 21 nights+ full payment is required one month prior to arrival. A £250.00 credit card authorisation per apartment will be taken upon arrival and will be refunded to the guest if no damage incurred. A guest registration card to be signed by the guest 21 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer. Please note that there may be a surcharge if payment is by credit card (3-4%). Cancellation Stays of 1 - 21 nights: Cancellation is free if made by at latest 12pm on the day or arrival. Late cancellation incurs 1 night charge. Stays of 21 nights+: Cancellation is free if made by latest 10 days prior to arrival. Late cancellation incurs 100% charge.
