Booking Procedure
The So Quartier Apartments can be booked in like a hotel.  A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the apartment. 

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.  Cards accepted are Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any expenses incurred.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free if notice is given at least 7 days prior to arrival in writing.  If cancellation is less than 7 days prior to arrival then you will be charged a maximum of 3 day's apartment rental.  For stays of 1-6 days you will be charged for 1 day.  For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.
