Link to GoCurrency converterApartment terms & conditions Booking Procedure To confirm your booking, we will need a credit card to guarantee the apartment. A booking deposit equivalent to 33% of the total cost of your accommodation is required to secure the booking. This will be charged to the card given. The balance to be paid in full prior to arrival. Credit Card Charges Payment will be taken in full, in advance, unless monthly payment as indicated below is agreed. Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for any credit card transactions. There is no surcharge for a debit card. Payment The balance of the apartment charges must be paid for in full prior to the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing. You will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses Monthly payment can be arranged on request for any stays over one month. Where payment has not been made in full, in advance, a security deposit of 4 weeks rental will be payable Cancellations Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge, which is a maximum of three nights apartment charge. For stays of 3-6 nights you would be charged only 1 nights charge. For stays of 7 or more nights you will be charged the maximum charge of 3 nights accommodation. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeit of the entire booking deposit.
