Apartment terms and conditions Payment A deposit of one week's rent is required to secure the booking and is refundable at time of departure or as per cancellation policy. This deposit is extra to the accommodation cost and is in case of damages/breakages during client's stay. The full rental is payable prior to arrival for bookings made for stays during summer, but is on arrival during other months. A provisional reservation before payment is received cannot be guaranteed as a final and confirmed booking. Payments are accepted in cash, travellers cheques, bankers drafts and Visa/Amex credit cards. A 3.5% surcharge will be made on credit card payments. Cancellation Cancellation is free if made at least 28 days prior to arrival. Deposit is also then refunded. If cancellation is less than 28 days prior to arrival, refund is subject to the apartment being re-let. Guests who do not stay for the full duration of their booking will be charged for the full duration unless the apartment can be re-let.
