The combined bed and living area with kitchenette, separate bathroom. All apartments offer a pull down double bed. Can accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment has air conditioning. The standard studios are in the lower ground level, and superior studios are from 1st floor upwards.

The one bedroom offer a double bed in the bedroom and a convertible sofa bed in the lounge. Separate lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Can accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment has air conditioning. Apartment terms and conditions

Reservations

A credit/debit card is required to confirm and guarantee the reservation. During non-peak season, no deposit required, full payment required upon arrival. During peak summer season (15^th June to 15^th August) a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one week of your accommodation is required at time of booking. The full balance of accommodation charges is payable at least 28 days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit
On arrival your credit or debit card will be pre-authorised a sum equal to £350 for a Two Bedroom Apartment, £450 for a Three Bedroom Apartment and £650 for a Penthouse Suite. This is to cover against any incidental breakages or damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment.
Guests should note that a charge of £275 is made for lost keys. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is not debited from the card holder's account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled. A copy of guest passport is also required upon arrival.

Cancellation

During non-peak season cancellation is free if made at least 14 days prior to arrival. For all cancellation during the peak summer season (15^th June to 15^th August) the one week deposit given at time of booking is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival then you will only lose the one week deposit and nothing more. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.

Payment

Payment is accepted in cash, travellers cheques and all major credit cards. Payment by credit or debit card is subject to surcharge of 3-4%.
