Booking


To reserve an apartment, a credit or debit card is required to guarantee the booking.


Payment


Full payment is required upon confirmation of booking, unless otherwise agreed.  Payment may be made with a credit/debit card or bank transfer.  Payment by credit card is subject to 4 - 5% surcharge, whilst debit card or bank transfer is free of surcharge.


Cancellation Policy


Cancellation is free if made in writing at least 372 hours prior to arrival, the exception is for a group booking where cancellation is 28 days.  If a cancellation or amendment is made to a booking less than 72 hours of the move-in date, the apartments will charge 100% for the cancelled nights.  The cancellation notice must be in writing (email accepted) and will come into effect from the date of receipt.  All extensions are subject to availability.  Early departure is also subject to 72 hours policy, all guests need to give 72 hours notice before new departure date
