Apartment Terms and Conditions
Reservations A credit or debit card is required to guarantee the apartment. A pre authorisation equivalent to one weeks charge is placed on the card immediately in order to confirm booking. The full balance of accommodation charges is payable one week prior to arrival. Security Deposit Please note that upon arrival at Milestone Apartments, we require a £1000 security deposit as security/damages. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction and will be released upon guest departure. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled. Cancellation The full balance of rent paid is refundable if notice of cancellation is received no later than 7 days prior to booked arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days will be charged 100% of accommodation. Payment Payment is accepted all major credit cards, debit cards and bank transfer. |
