Booking process


A credit card is required to guarantee the booking.  Payment for the accommodation will be debited from this credit card up to 21 days prior to arrival.  If you wish to pay by an alternate method such as a bank transfer, please do state this to either Quality London Apartments or to the No. 1 Sloane Avenue staff in advance.  Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge (Amex 4%).  Please note that this apartment is a part of a larger complex incorporating Draycott Place, thereby you can request to be in a specific apartment block, but this is not guaranteed as allocation is based on inventory available.  However, you will be allocated the correct category of apartment which you have paid for i.e standard one bedroom.  If you need further explanation prior to booking, please do ask.


Payment


Within 21 days of arrival total cost of stay or one month in advance, whichever is less.  Payment must be made in sterling.  Where no alternative payment method has been expressly requested by the guest, the apartments will charge the credit card supplied on the booking form within 21 days of arrival. 


Cancellation policy


Cancellation within 21 days of the date of arrival is subject to a cancellation charge of three days rental (at the prevailing daily rate) plus VAT or for bookings in excess of two weeks, a week's cancellation charge (at the prevailing weekly rate) plus VAT.  Cancellations more than 21 days before the date of arrival is not charged a cancellation fee.
