The Regents Park belongs to the renowned Royal Parks where public access used to be forbidden, now their gates are open every day allowing the visitors to admire the magnificent villas, play golf or watch the Open Air Theatre shows. The nearby Camden High Street is famous for its colourful street markets while the closest metro station is just a few steps away, should you decide to visit places situated a little further. If you are too tired to cook after a long day of sightseeing, there are many excellent restaurants and cafes nearby.

Booking process


A credit or debit card is required to guarantee the booking.  Payment is not charged subject to cancellation terms and conditions below. We do not allow parties and will apply severe charges to guests who do not adhere to this.


Payment


Payment is required upon arrival at reception.  Visa, Mastercard, Electron is accepted as well as bank transfer.  American Express is not accepted. Payment by credit or debit card is subject to 1.7% surcharge.


For bookings that total £1300 and over, your card will be charged for a deposit of 30% of the total amount 30 days prior to arrival, or at the time of booking for reservations made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date.

The remaining balance will be payable upon arrival.


Cancellation


Bookings for 1 apartment for less than 3 weeks:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 15 GBP administration charge

Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay

Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay

Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay

No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge



Bookings for 2 or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay

Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay

Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay

No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge



Cancellation/Early check out during the stay is only possible after the first month, after a one-month stay a 14 - day notice applies.



In a minority of cases, apartments can become no longer available after a booking has been made. This might happen for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled building works. In this case the apartment owners will attempt to re-accommodate guests in suitable accommodation at a price equivalent to the original agreed. In the case our own accommodation is not available we will not be held responsible for any extra costs the client bears over and above the original price agreed in securing alternative accommodation. In the case re-accommodation is impossible we issue a full refund. Once the payment for the apartment has been made, the client defaults his right to any refund in cases where he leaves before the agreed period.



Please note:  



  • Reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 20 euro (or 15 GBP in the UK) administration fee. The changes must be advised prior to your arrival. If you reduce the number of nights or of guests between 7 days prior to your arrival and the arrival - recalculation of price is not possible.

  • Especially for shorter bookings (1-4 nights) or in absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit for the same or smaller price.
