If guests do not require taxi service we will arrange a personal out of hours meet and greet which is at a rate of £30. Taxi service is from £60 – £100.
- Weekly maid and linen service for stays of 7 nights minimum only. Stays less than 7 nights will not have a clean during stay.

Apartment Terms and Conditions
Booking Procedure Payment A non-refundable deposit is charged to credit/debit card at time of booking. Balance to be received no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. Method of payment accepted for balance payment is credit/debit card, bank transfer, sterling cheque, draft. Security Deposit All guests must sign a credit card authorization form. A security/damages deposit of £200 will be charged and held on your account up to 4 weeks after departure, to allow time for the telephone account to be received from British Telecom. At this time the deposit will be refunded in sterling, less any charges applicable. Cards Accepted Cancellation Policy For cancellations made more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, then full rental will be charged. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking. |
