This modern serviced apartment block is situated just off Oxford Street, in one of Londons oldest and most attractive garden square in the heart of Theatreland.  Its location is ideal for shopping and entertainment, and there are a wide variety of theatres, restaurants, cafes and shops all within easy walking distance.  The British Museum, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden are all within walking distance.

  • Weekly maid and linen service for stays of 7 nights minimum only.  Stays less than 7 nights will not have a clean during stay.

Booking Procedure

A credit/debit card will be required to guarantee a reservation, and a non-refundable deposit is charged to credit/debit card in order to confirm booking.  Guest will also be required to complete a card authorization form.




Payment


A non-refundable deposit is charged to credit/debit card at time of booking.  Balance to be received no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.  Method of payment accepted for balance payment is credit/debit card, bank transfer, sterling cheque, draft. 


Security Deposit


All guests must sign a credit card authorization form.  A security/damages deposit of £200 will be charged and held on your account up to 4 weeks after departure, to allow time for the telephone account to be received from British Telecom.  At this time the deposit will be refunded in sterling, less any charges applicable.


Cards Accepted

The following card types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express all all accepted.  Please note that surcharge apply of 3.5% on Visa and Mastercard and 4% on American Express.  A flat fee of £1 is charged on British bank debit card transaction.


Cancellation Policy


For cancellations made more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.  If cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, then full rental will be charged.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
