Booking procedure


A credit/debit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment will be charged no later than 7 days prior to arrival.


Payment



  • Bookings of 1-7 nights requires no later than 7 days notice otherwise 100% cancellation fee, bookings of between 7-28 nights need to be cancelled no later then 14 days prior to arrival otherwise 14 days cancellation charge, bookings for 28 nights minimum requires cancellation no later than 28 days otherwise 50% cancellation charge.

  • Extensions:



    • If you wish to extend a stay, the apartment requires notice in writing. Please give as much notice as possible in order to facilitate your request. All extensions are subject to availability and rate change.

    • Payment for extension will be taken at time of notification.
