Booking process


Reservation shall be binding only if guaranteed by a valid credit card or where a deposit has been received.  Full payment upon arrival.


Deposit


The deposit for a reservation will be equivalent to two nights for reservations of between 7-29 nights and three nights stay for reservations of 30 nights or more, plus VAT.


Cancellation policy


Up to 29 Nights stay


Cancellations must be notified 7 days prior to arrival


30 Nights+


A notice period of 14 nights will be required to avoid a cancellation fee being levied.


Any cancellation received after the above days or a no shows, St Marks will retain or invoice the value of 7 or 14 nights depending on the reserved length of stay.
