Booking Procedure

These apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel. A credit/debit will be required to guarantee a reservation.



Payment

Full payment will be made in at the time of booking or within seven days as below.


For bookings made within seven days of arrival, your card will immediately be charged in full for the total stay.   For bookings made in advance, the card will be charged in full within seven days of making the booking.  Please note that there is an additional surcharge of 3% for payments made by American Express or Diners Club cards.  Payment by Visa credit card or Mastercard is subject to 1% surcharge.  No surcharge for Visa debit or Maestro/Solo.



Security Deposit

A deposit covering breakages and damages may be required at the time of booking. If a deposit is not charged, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Cancellation Policy

For stays of less than seven nights cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to noon on the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.



For stays of 7 to 27 nights cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation.



For stays of 28 nights or more cancellations must be made at least 28 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of seven nights' accommodation.
