Apartment Terms and Conditions
Booking procedure Booking is very easy. A credit/debit card is required to guarantee apartments and a non-refundable deposit of two nights is required then balance of payment will be charged at least one month before arrival. Cancellation: Cancellations can be made up to one month before arrival. The initial two-night payment to hold the property is non-refundable. We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality. Checking in procedure Self Checking in will be at the Chadwick Street address. Secure code for door will be emailed to guest upon confirmation of booking. Damage Deposit Credit card details are required as a security deposit. We check the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest about any breakage they may have caused. £50 will be deducted from the damage deposit for loss of any keys. |
